Mien: Think of a woodlouse. Now take a child and replace hair, back and legs with the back segment of the woodlouse, add the antennae, give the the back segments a stone-like texture and give the proper child parts a structure that is like very soft, clammy chitin. Give everything a grey-ish colour, and you have a rough idea of what Lottie looks like. She is pretty heavy, though she doesn't look like she should be.

Short info for the not-canon-familiar
Their world is much like ours, just that unbeknownst to most humans, all kinds of supernatural creatures (vampires, werewolves, fairies, people with magical powers, etc) exist. Changelings are people who were kidnapped by the True Fae to Arcadia and when they finally managed to escape (or in Lottie's case were brought back to our world) found themselves changed deeply. Fetches are the created beings that were left behind to hide the disappearance.

Louise is about 1.70cm tall, with long dark brown hair, a light skintone and a distinguished look to her. She doesn't use perfume and keeps her nails short and neat, but does have very neatly kept hair and tends to wear light make-up. She speaks English with a Kentish accent.

Lottie speaks similarly to Louise and is a very lively three year old ...and well. She looks like Louise looked at three years old. Her hair is still lighter because she's younger and such though, obviously.
